Four-part cure

The "Four-part" cure (Gr.: tetrapharmakos), of Epicurus was most probably a bare-bones mnemonic guide to the core tenets of Epicurean philosophy. It has been found engraved, inscribed, or embossed on a variety of artifacts from Greece and, more abundantly, Rome and its empire.

Don't fear god,aphobon o theos

Don't worry about death; anypopton o thanatos

What is good is easy to get, and kai tagathon men eyktêton
