Four-part cure

The "Four-part" cure (Gr.: tetrapharmakos), of Epicurus was most probably a bare-bones mnemonic guide to the core tenets of Epicurean philosophy. It has been found engraved, inscribed, or embossed on a variety of artifacts from Greece and, more abundantly, Rome and its empire.
