Neocles, Epicurus' brother

Neocles, the brother of Epicurus, is presumably the eldest of four brothers, being named after the father.

A work entitled "Neocles, Dedicated to Themista" is listed by Diogenes Laertius as "among the best." The eponym is likely to refer to the brother of Epicurus rather than the father, being that Diogenes also lists two other works eponymic with his other two brothers.
