Analysis
Although this Saying (probably) refers to a human hypothetical character, it is directly related to Principal Doctrine 1, which asserts the imperturbability of the gods, and therefore their harmlessness to humans. The statement is intuitively true: a person who is not experiencing any internal anxiety, who feels no tarache within him/herself, is logically most likely not to cause any trouble for anyone else, either, and vice versa.
